Methods of payment

Boundless Networks primarily use direct debit to collect payments for the subscription fees and one off costs of our service. Boundless Networks use GoCardless the leading UK direct debit provider to process our payments for us. GoCardless is a secure online based direct debit company who process thousands of payments every day for hundreds of UK businesses. GoCardless allow for direct debits to be set up on almost all UK based bank accounts however excluding savings accounts.

For additional payments, Boundless Networks have chosen WorldPay to manage the processing of credit card payments through our website. WorldPay’s e-commerce solutions are secure and easy to use.

With WorldPay you are provided with a variety of options for payment such as Visa, MasterCard, all the major credit cards and debit cards.

What if my direct debit payment fails?

Direct debits can fail for a number of reasons but usually due to insufficient funds at the time of collection. As part of GoCardless’ process you will be notified 3 working days before any payment is taken from your account. You should endeavour to have the correct funds available for payment at this time. Your payment will be retried at a later date and you will receive notification of this from GoCardless. Should this second attempt fail, you will be contacted and alternative payment will be requested to continue receiving service.

What if my card is refused?

Cards are not refused by Boundless Networks but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this may happen and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you incur a problem with your payment being declined.

Refund Policy

For all refunds due to an error in your payment amount please email: accounts@boundlessnetworks.co.uk quoting your property subscription address, full name, contact number and reason for requesting a refund. The accounts department will deal with your query at the earliest possible opportunity and may ask for some additional details to process your refund.
